How do I place an order?
If you need assistence with your order or you would like to purchase a particular item in a large quantity please contact Shauni (909) 466.7373 x 101 or (909)458-0951. Otherwise select the item you are interested in and click "add to cart". After you add the item to the cart it will save in you shopping cart in the upper right corner of your screen. When you are ready to check-out click the "CART " and follow the instructions.

Payment and Shipping
All international payments must be made via PayPal or international money order/cashier's check. All payments must be in U.S. dollars.

Phone Order
If you wish to make an order over the phone we will require an authorization form to be completed, signed, and faxed back before the order can be completed.
Credit Card
We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard & Discover.
Your credit card is pre-authorized when the order is placed and charged at the time your order ships. We do not store your credit card information. We use Authorize.net for our merchant services. They validate your credit card information and return an authorization code and the last 4 digits of your credit card to us - we never see your credit card information. You can click on the Authorize.net seal at any time to verify our relationship with Authorize.net.
Our website is protected with SSL (secure socket layer) encryption, the highest standard in Internet security. You can click on the Volusion SSL logo on our pages at any time to verify our SSL status.
PayPal
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, electronic checks, and payments from PayPal available funds through PayPal using payment address "____ " If you are making any type of PayPal payment, please select "PayPal" as your payment option at checkout. Upon submitting your order, you will be taken directly to PayPal to submit payment for your order.
Please note that PayPal orders can ONLY be shipped to a confirmed address on the PayPal account. The address that you choose in PayPal when making your payment is the address where the order will be shipped. We will not accept requests to change the shipping address on PayPal orders.

Returns & Refunds
If you have any questions regarding the item please feel free to e-mail us through the contact us link. We stand behind our products, but with this being said, please understand we can not take everything back if you don't like it. The shipping quoted is for all 48 states. Please e-mail us for international shipping quotes or for HI, AK and PR. Be sure to include the item number, your country and postal code when requesting shipping quotes. If you are in CA and do not have a valid CA resale you are required to pay the 8.0% sales tax. We prefer Paypal. We appreciate your interest in our products and hope we can earn your business.
Returns Policy:
Customer is responsible for shipping. 15% restocking fee for all wrongly ordered items. If product is DOA we will exchange or refund the customer full amount of original order. We reserve the right to exchange defective product before refund. If product was not professionally installed refund is subject to restocking fee. We give a 60 day warranty from date delivery on all internet orders, unless specified. Shipping is non-refundable.
International Orders:
Many countries impose their own customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, etc. on items being shipped from a foreign country. We do not cover this cost.
